Where is the DPS (Duck Protective Services) when you need them. These 11 baby ducks were released back to their mother who obliviously put them in harms way. Just the shear number of ducks should tell you something about that family. Little mention of the dad, other than he was "fidgeting" nearby, probably high or hung over.
